The S&S DCR conversion replaces the pump Ford built the 6.7 around with one that survives real fuel — installed by the same techs who rebuild Bosch pumps on our own bench, twenty feet from the bay.
Tell us the truck and we’ll text you a firm out-the-door number.
The CP4.2 is lubricated by the diesel it pumps. When the roller follower turns sideways, the pump grinds its own steel into the fuel and every part downstream eats it. That is why a $1,800 pump becomes a $15,000-plus repair.
The DCR conversion puts a pump in your truck that is built to survive low-lubricity fuel instead of one that depends on it. It is a pump swap, not a delete: every emissions component stays where Ford put it, and the truck keeps its factory calibration.
AUTHORIZEDThis is the actual kit that goes in your truck — not a rebuilt CP4 and not a used pump. S&S developed the DCR with PurePower, the aftermarket arm of Stanadyne, as a plug-and-play replacement for the pump Ford builds the 6.7 around. OE fit, OE function, without the failure mode.

Most shops send your pump away and hope. We are a Bosch certified diesel fuel injection rebuild facility under the same roof as a Bosch certified install facility — the bench and the bay are twenty feet apart, and the same people run both.
Certified to rebuild and to install. Your pump and injectors are tested on calibrated Bosch equipment here, not shipped across the country.
Authorized S&S Diesel Motorsport and Alliant Power Master dealer — genuine parts, real warranty coverage, no gray-market pumps.
Twenty years in Scappoose serving Portland, Vancouver, St. Helens and the lower Columbia. Diesel is not a side department here.
